HealthWorks Enables Programme Manager

You will report to the Chief Executive at Dalgarno Trust. Dalgarno Trust community centre will be your office location. You will be required to attend meetings or events at other locations from time to time.

35 hours per week (full-time).

Fixed term until 31 March 2025 (with possibility of extension for further 4 years subject to funding renewal)

Salary:  £35,000

HealthWorks Enables is a consortium of partners that came together in 2012 to collectively bridge the gap for BAME residents across RBKC within the health sector. The programme is designed to deliver a range of physical and emotional well-being activities, including health events and campaigns to build awareness and information that will support its service users to improve their health and therefore seeks to build long-term preventative measures.

As the lead partner, Dalgarno Trust has successfully managed the programme for over ten years and more recently incorporated four new partners into the consortium to expand our reach beyond North Kensington to the south of the borough. The programme is funded by RBKC Adults and Public Health.

This role forms a key part of the senior management team at Dalgarno Trust with targeted responsibilities to coordinate, manage, and ensure service delivery of the HealthWorks Enables programme, complying with the agreed funding objectives.

The role involves managing a small team of Community Development Workers and coordinating partners to effectively deliver the programme in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA), including monitoring, data collation and evaluation of impact.
