The increased fee outside of office hours cover a steward. Depending on the nature of the function, The Dalgarno Trust may decide that more then one steward is required, which the hirer will pay at £10 per hour.
If you would like more than 1 room, each extra room costs £30.00 per hour (excludes sports hall).

projector and small screen – £20
Projector & large screen – £30
Provision of tea, coffee and biscuits – £25
Printing/photocopying is also available at a small fee, ask for details.

Please contact our bookings manager Pam to check availability or to book.
Once availability has been confirmed, completed booking forms should be emailed to Pam. A £100 cash deposit for private hire is required to secure your booking (this is exclusive of the hire cost and will be returned after the event). Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the deposit and agreement to our terms and conditions.
