Dalgarno Trust is looking for a Football Support Worker to join our Youth Programme and support the growth of our community football provision — with a particular focus on increasing participation among girls.

About the Role
You’ll assist in the delivery of weekly football sessions, helping to engage, motivate and supervise young participants in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Wednesdays | 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Dalgarno Trust Community Centre
Fridays | 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Westway Sports Centre
Additional hours during school holiday camps (variable based on programme needs)
- Hourly rate: £13.85–£15.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
- This is a zero-hours contract, reflecting the flexible and seasonal nature of the role, with regular weekly sessions during term time and additional hours available during holiday camps.
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
