After four incredibly rewarding years, I will be stepping down from my role as CEO of Dalgarno Trust on 17 April 2026.
It has been a privilege to lead the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation. Together with an exceptional team, we have strengthened Dalgarno Trust’s foundations and moved it into a more sustainable and resilient position for the future. I am particularly proud that during this time we have achieved the highest levels of funding in the charity’s history, while also developing new programmes and building meaningful partnerships that will continue to benefit the community.
Importantly, I leave the organisation with a clear roadmap for the future, in the form of a strategic plan that will support the team in navigating the next five years with confidence, purpose, and continued ambition.
This journey has been one of constant learning – both professionally and personally – and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such dedicated colleagues, trustees, partners, and community members.
I leave with great confidence in the organisation’s future and in the people who will continue to drive its important work forward.
I will be supporting smooth transition with the new CEO over the next few months so please stay tuned to welcome her when she starts on Tuesday 7 April.
