The Dalgarno Trust is looking for an outstanding Project Manager who is passionate about health and wellbeing to manage our Community Champions project. You will be an effective and dynamic project manager with the right mix of both hands-on and management skills to recruit, lead and develop a team of local volunteers. Community Champions actively engage our local Dalgarno communities in identifying health needs and improving their health and well-being by delivering campaigns, events, activities, training and signposting to other services.
The Dalgarno Trust works in partnership with local communities, statutory, private sector and voluntary organisations to improve lives in North Kensington. We aim to enable residents from diverse backgrounds to change their lives, fulfil their potential and break the cycle of poverty, ill-health and deprivation. We provide a range of services, projects and activities that offer education, training, employment, health improvement, social and cultural opportunities through our own projects and in partnership with other providers.
Based at Dalgarno Trust Community Centre, North Kensington
28 hours per week | £25,000 per year
