Back in January, we hosted our Men’s Day: Thrive & Revive event, and what a day it was! With over 80 men joining us, the centre was buzzing with energy, connection and positivity.

From motivating talks to relaxing massages, haircuts, a delicious lunch, and a fun raffle, the day was all about supporting men’s wellbeing, building new connections, and offering space to recharge and thrive.
